Who we are

Larrazabal Consulting LLC is a New Jersey business that provides packaging consulting and technical advisory services. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Larrazabal Consulting LLC.

This policy explains how we handle personal information through larrazabalconsulting.com and related inquiries and business communications. A separate client agreement may govern information shared during a consulting project.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, company, phone number, and project details. Naming your company in the website contact form is optional.

If we work together, we may also keep business contact details, proposals, agreements, invoices, payment records, and related messages.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or sensitive personal information through the contact form or ordinary email.

Information from website visits

Our hosting, security, and analytics tools may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and the time of a visit. What is collected depends on the tools enabled and your choices.

Cookies and similar tools may support security, basic website functions, and usage measurement. Google Analytics is enabled by default and uses cookies to measure website use. You can turn analytics off or back on through “Cookie settings” in the footer and still use the website. We store your analytics choice in your browser and remember it on later visits.

How we use information

• HubSpot: managing business contacts, inquiries, and client relationships. Our use is limited to CRM; we do not use HubSpot website-visitor or email tracking. See HubSpot’s privacy policy.

• Google Gmail and Google Drive: business email and storage of project files and business records. See Google’s privacy policy.

• Intuit QuickBooks: invoicing, payment processing, and related transaction records. See Intuit’s privacy statement.

• Cloudflare: domain, network-delivery, and security services, depending on the services configured. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We may share relevant information with professional advisers when needed for legal or accounting matters. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to address fraud, security, or legal claims.

Provider notices describe their own practices. This policy remains the notice for how Larrazabal Consulting handles information. Some providers process information on our behalf; others may also have responsibilities of their own.

Payments

If you use a QuickBooks payment link, Intuit and its payment partners handle the payment details submitted through that service. We may receive invoice details, payment status, and transaction records. Use the payment link provided with an invoice rather than sending card or bank details by email.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including project records, accounting, legal duties, and dispute resolution. The retention period depends on the information and why it is held.

No website, storage service, or email system can guarantee complete security. Contact us if you believe information sent to us has been misused or exposed.

Your choices and requests

You can use your browser settings to block or delete many cookies. This may affect some website features. Contact us with questions about the tracking tools used on this site.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. Email us to make a request. Our business is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may differ.
